● 60-90 minute comprehensive evaluation and treatment planning
● Initial prescription if appropriate
Follow-up Sessions:
● 30-minute appointment: $149
● 45-minute appointment: $199

Payment is required at the time of service. For your convenience, we can provide a detailed superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
